About TOPP

OpenPlans is the work of The Open Planning Project, a New York City-based non-profit organization dedicated to using technology to enhance community participation. In addition to OpenPlans, we also sponsor GeoServer, an open source platform for sharing geographic information, and the New York City Streets Renaissance Campaign, which advocates for lively public space in New York City.
